Preschool/Recreational Gymnastics Coach

SparkZone Athletics is the Treasure Valley’s NEWEST Gymnastics center! Offering preschool classes, recreational classes, XCEL team and DEV team options. We have designated spaces for preschool, recreational, and team gymnastics for safe, optimal training. Updated equipment, and a new air bag for pit training.

Job requirements:

Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for instructing up to 8 students in preschool and/or recreational gymnastics and tumbling. A passion for working with young children is a must. Prior gymnastics coaching experience is not necessary for this position, we’re willing to train the right candidate. Former gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders encouraged to apply. 

Responsibilities:

• Inspire and motivate young athletes to perform their best.
• Follow lesson plans and company curriculum.
• Encourage proper gymnastics form and technique
• Assess and evaluate skills, keep records of progress.
• Keep accurate attendance records of each student.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized gymnastics area.
