Celebrate your next birthday party in style with Gymnastics Fun!
Make your next birthday party or private event unforgettable by hosting it at SparkZone Athletics! Our facility offers a unique and exciting venue for parties, blending active fun with an engaging party staff.
Whether you’re planning a birthday party, a team celebration, or a special event, our gymnastics-themed parties provide a memorable experience for guests of all ages.

PARTY DETAILS
All of our party packages are a private rental of the space. Our party packages include:
- 2 hours total of party time. 1 hour and 15 minutes on the equipment and 45 minutes for cake, snacks, etc!
- We offer basic tablecloths and tableware. Our party team will reach out to you the week of your event to confirm what colors your birthday child prefers! If you’re planning a specific theme and want to bring your own decor, you’re welcome to do so.
- 2 coaches to supervise and offer instruction for your party.
- Up to 20 participating guests (including the birthday child)
- We do not provide any food or drink, we do have a drinking fountain available
*Please note that we don’t currently have fridge or freezer space available for storage*
Sample timeline (using a 2:30pm start time for a reference):
2:15pm – Hosts arrive and unload anything for the party.
2:25pm – Guests arrive and we ensure all waivers are signed. Personal belongings (including socks, shoes, and jewelry) are stored in one of our cubbies.
2:30pm – Coaches greet all guests, head out to the floor and lead a warm up and stretch, and give a brief safety speech. Then the party begins!
3:40pm – Coaches gather all party guests for an awesome group photo and big “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!”. Coaches then direct all guests to wash their hands before food
3:45pm – Time begins for cake, refreshments, however you want to celebrate with the birthday child!
4:20pm – Our staff reminds you that party time is coming to a close.
4:30pm – Party Hosts pack up any belongings and gifts. Leave the clean up to us!
PARTY PACKAGES

We host parties and special events in both of our gym spaces.
We recommend our “Fox Gym” for ages 1-7, and our “Big Gym” for ages 8+
Our “Big Gym” (1218 N Galleria Drive) is open for booking for February and March parties!
Our “Fox Gym” (1211 N Galleria Drive) has bookings open and available!
*Payment is required upon party booking, which includes a $50 non-refundable deposit*
REMINDERS AND GUIDELINES:
– All party guests MUST have a waiver signed or an account created
– No alcohol is allowed
– Kids under the age of 3 need to have a parent with them to participate out on the floor

PARTY policies
Can I cancel?
Yes. You will receive a refund, minus the $50 non refundable deposit if you cancel at least 3 weeks before your party date.
If you cancel within 3 weeks, the following policy applies:
- 2-3 weeks before your party: You will receive a 75% refund after the $50 deposit is deducted.
- 1-2 weeks before your party: You will receive a 50% refund after the $50 deposit is deducted.
- 1 week – 48 hours before your party: You will receive a 25% refund after the $50 deposit is deducted.
- 48 hours before your party: No credit or refunds will be given.
You must contact our office directly to cancel your party.
Can I reschedule my party?
Yes, but rescheduling fees may apply
- 3+ weeks prior to your party: No rescheduling fee
- 2-3 weeks before your party: $50 rescheduling fee
- 1-2 weeks before your party: $75 rescheduling fee
- 1 week – 48 hours before your party: 50% charge of party booking
- 48 hours before your party: No credit or refunds will be given

Can I "hold" a spot?
No – full party payment is needed upon booking.
Can the front desk book a party for me?
Yes! We’re happy to walk you through that process, please make sure you have an account ready, and payment information on file.
Can I book with credit on my account?
Yes
*Ignite Gymnastics Booster Club funds are not able to be used for birthday parties
Is there anything that party guests or hosts are not allowed to bring?
We do not allow alcohol, pinatas, glitter, or confetti. Helium balloons must be attached to a weight.
If we notice that you or your guests are not following these guidelines, your entire party will be asked to leave with no refund available.
Do you have a fridge/freezer available?
Not at this moment
Who counts as a guest?
Anyone participating in the party activities on the equipment (the guest count does include the birthday child). Parents are not included in the guest count, and neither are babies who are being held or worn.
