Dynamite Duos

1 to 2 Year Olds

In our adult and child preschool gymnastics class, parents or guardians join their 1-2-year-olds in exploring fundamental gymnastics skills. Together, as a Dynamite Duo, you’ll engage in activities that enhance balance, flexibility, and coordination through interactive games and exercises. This class fosters bonding and communication while building your child’s confidence and physical abilities in a supportive, playful setting.

Our gymnastics class for 3-year-olds is a first step of independence,  designed to introduce young children to the joy of movement and physical activity. In this class, toddlers explore basic gymnastics skills through fun, age-appropriate activities and equipment. They’ll work on balance, coordination, and motor skills while navigating simple obstacle courses, jumping, and tumbling. Our nurturing instructors create a positive and engaging environment, helping each child build confidence and enjoy the experience of movement and play.

Sparklers

4 Year Olds

Our gymnastics class for 4-year-olds focuses on refining motor skills and introducing more structured gymnastics techniques. Children will engage in activities that enhance balance, coordination, and strength through guided exercises and playful challenges. They’ll practice basic tumbling, beam work, and vaulting in a supportive environment designed to build confidence, social skills, and a love for physical activity.

Our gymnastics classes for 5-year-olds, are the first steps into our Big Kids Gym for preschool gymnastics!  These classes emphasize skill development and fun in a structured environment. Students will work on improving their balance, strength, and flexibility through engaging activities on various apparatuses, such as tramp, floor, beams, bars, and mats. The class focuses on building foundational gymnastics skills, encouraging teamwork, and fostering a positive attitude towards physical fitness, all while ensuring a playful and supportive atmosphere.

Pre-School Gymnastics

Welcome to our Preschool Gymnastics Class, where your little one’s journey into the world of movement, balance, and fun begins! Designed for children aged 1-4, this class offers a playful introduction to gymnastics in a safe, supportive environment.  Join us for a fun-filled, active class that lays the foundation for a lifelong appreciation of movement and fitness. We can’t wait to see your little gymnast in action!

What to Expect:

  • Warm-Up and Stretching: Fun, age-appropriate warm-up games and stretching routines to get little bodies ready for action.
  • Skill Stations: Rotating stations featuring basic gymnastics equipment such as balance beams, mini-trampolines, bars and soft mats. Activities include simple tumbling, jumping, balancing, and rolling exercises.
  • Creative Movement:  We incorporate music, props, and imaginative themes to keep the experience exciting and engaging. Encouraging creativity and body awareness, while teaching gymnastics skills.
  • Group Activities: Teamwork and cooperation are fostered through group exercises and partner activities, helping children develop social skills and make new friends.

Attire:  Our attire rules are for the safety of our students.  We prefer female students wear a leotard; however, snug fitting athletic wear is also acceptable (leggings or shorts and tank tops). Acceptable attire for males can be t-shirts or tank tops and joggers or athletic shorts.

Dresses, denims, and pants with buttons and zippers are not allowed.  These clothing items can get caught on equipment or instructors who are assisting the students. Students may not wear shoes or socks during class.
Hair must be secured away from the face and no jewelry or watches are allowed to be worn on the floor. Student cell phones are not allowed out on the floor.

Class Size: Small class sizes ensure personalized attention and a supportive atmosphere.

Recreational Gymnastics

Discover the thrill of movement and the joy of mastering new skills with our Recreational Gymnastics, Acro, and Tumbling classes!  We offer a supportive and energetic environment where students can explore and excel in various gymnastic disciplines.  Designed for all skill levels, our recreational classes are great for an aspiring gymnast, dancers desiring to improve their acro skills or cheerleaders improving their tumbling game.  We have the class for your student to spark their inner determination! What to Expect:

They Focus is on positive reinforcement and encouragement.
