Continual enrollment:
Your child is enrolled in the class you sign up for until you request a drop or a transfer. We continue our enrollments from month to month. If there are any changes to our class schedule, we’ll notify you as far in advance as possible.
If you would like to transfer class enrollment, please contact the office to do so.
Makeups (Recreational and Preschool Classes):
We offer two makeups per month per class enrollment. To be eligible for a makeup token you MUST record your absence in advance, as this allows other students to use their makeup tokens in your absent spot. You can record your absence the same day as the class occurs, as long as it’s before class begins. You can either log your absence on the app/website, or call or email our front desk to notify them of your absence and ensure you get your makeup token. Your makeup token will expire 30 days after it is issued. Makeup tokens are offered as a courtesy for families, they are not a guaranteed replacement for any classes missed.
Makeups can be used at another class of the same level and age group or at one of our open gyms (for ages 6+).
To book a makeup token: you can schedule it online or through our app, under the “Absences & Makeups” tab. You can reach out to our front desk as well. Tokens can only be scheduled 1 week in advance. If you book your makeup token and don’t attend, you then forfeit that makeup token.
If you drop or unenroll from our program, you forfeit your makeup tokens and they are no longer valid as of the date of your drop.
Tuition:
Tuition is posted on the 15th of every month for the following month.
Tuition is due on the 1st, and a late fee is added on the 7th of the month. Your child may be dropped from their class if a payment is not received by the 14th. You also have the option to sign up for autopay.
If you sign up for our autopay, this payment is processed on the first of each month.
We do require a card to be saved on file if you have an active enrollment with us, but we do not require you to sign up for autopay.
Registration Fee:
There is a once/year/family registration fee of $35 (with tax $37.10) also called an “Anniversary Fee”. This fee will only be added to your account once/year if you’re an active student. If you’ve signed up for autopay, this fee will run with your tuition on the month of your anniversary.
Dropping a class:
If you are planning to drop a class, we require a two week notice, this is listed in the policies that you agree to in your parent portal. The best way to confirm a drop is to email the office. If your two weeks fall mid-month, we will adjust your tuition accordingly. If you would like to transfer instead of drop a class, please contact the office to do so.
Trial enrollments:
Our trials are no-risk, meaning that they are only free of charge if you do NOT enroll with us after the trial class. If you sign up after the trial, the class WILL be charged to your account as part of tuition.
You can sign up for a no-risk trial by contacting the front desk through email or call. Trials can only be scheduled a week in advance. When you sign up for a trial, a spot is held for you in that class for up to 3 days after the day of the trial. After you attend class, you MUST notify the front desk if you would like to continue your enrollment. If we are not contacted, you will be dropped from the class you attended and the space will open to the public.
Holidays/Closures:
We will close for major holidays, and will notify families and students of those closures via email and posted signage. You will not receive a makeup token for holidays, as we base our year off the average of four classes/month. Some months may have 5 weeks, but you will not be charged for that additional week in anticipation that you will experience a closure at some point in the year.
Credit usage:
All credits on accounts expire after one year. If the credit is from the Ignite Booster Club, credits cannot be refunded, or used for anything outside of team events.
